Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to BizCoachEliteTop! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of business coaching and leadership development. By booking a service or engaging our coaching programs, you agree to these terms and commit to fully complying with them.
2. Service Eligibility
2.1. Professional Status – Our services are aimed at business leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs. When registering, we request information about your current position and professional background to determine suitability for the respective coaching program.
2.2. Registration – Participation in our coaching programs requires prior registration and confirmation by BizCoachEliteTop. You are obligated to provide correct and current information.
2.3. Behavior Guidelines – We expect professional behavior in our coaching sessions. Any form of discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate communication may result in exclusion.
2.4. Confidentiality – Clients commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal and business information of other participants shared within the framework of our coaching programs.
3. Service Booking and Payment
3.1. Service Bookings – Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our written confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Service fees are due within 14 days of invoicing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
3.3. Corporate Invoices – For bookings by companies for their employees, separate payment terms may be agreed, which are specified in the respective contract.
3.4. Cancellation Policy – For cancellations up to 30 days before the coaching program start, 25% of the fees will be retained; for cancellations up to 14 days before, 50%. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged.
4. Service Design and Changes
4.1. Program Planning and Implementation –
- BizCoachEliteTop reserves the right to change coaching program content, schedules, and coaches.
- In case of insufficient participants, a coaching program may be postponed or canceled.
- Program changes will be communicated to clients as early as possible.
4.2. Program Materials – All coaching materials, assessments, and digital resources are the intellectual property of BizCoachEliteTop or our coaches. The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Executive Services
5.1. Registration – For our Executive Mastery and Entrepreneur Accelerator services, separate registration conditions apply, which are communicated before booking and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations for these premium coaching programs must be made at least 45 days in advance to receive a partial refund. For later cancellations, 75% of the fee will be retained.
5.3. Client Selection – For certain executive coaching services, we reserve the right to select participants based on criteria such as leadership level, experience, and program objectives to ensure optimal coaching outcomes.
6. Disclaimer and Warranty
6.1. Liability – BizCoachEliteTop is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of employees or coaches. We assume no liability for the practical implementation of coaching strategies by clients in their organizations.
6.2. Personal Responsibility – Clients are responsible for the implementation of coaching strategies and leadership concepts in their work environment. The application is at their own risk and takes into account the specific organizational circumstances.
7. Facilities and Property
7.1. Use of Facilities – Coaching rooms and equipment must be treated with care. The causer is liable for willful damage.
7.2. Valuables – We assume no liability for personal items and valuables left in our premises. Lockable storage options are available.
8. Data Privacy
8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read carefully.
8.2. Photo and Video Material – At selected coaching events, photo and video material may be created for documentation and marketing purposes. Clients can object to the use of their image at any time.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. Service Satisfaction – BizCoachEliteTop is committed to providing high-quality business coaching services. If you are not satisfied with our coaching services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer appropriate compensation, such as partial refunds or additional coaching sessions at no cost.
9.2. Service Cancellation by BizCoachEliteTop – In the event that we must cancel a coaching service, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid or offer to reschedule the service at your convenience. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations as early as possible. 9.3. Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms outlined in section 3.4 and may be prorated based on services already delivered.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Canadian law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the location of BizCoachEliteTop's headquarters, to the extent legally permissible.
